Technical Crew (Sound, Lighting, Video): Tasked with the installation of all equipment. Throughout the event, responsibilities might involve recording live footage or operating as a sound technician, meticulously attending to elements like music volume and other technical facets to guarantee a refined production.

Judge: Candidates should hold valid teaching or performance credentials and exhibit a passion and a dedication to mentoring young dancers.

Backstage: Duties include communicating with and checking in dancers, maintaining the event schedule, and ensuring backstage organization.

Social Media: Responsibilities entail capturing media content and managing company social media platforms during events. Additionally, assisting with customer check-ins may be required.

Merchandise Sales: Responsibilities include stationed presence in the event lobby to engage with attendees and facilitate merchandise transactions. Preferred candidates will possess prior experience in sales or retail environments.

Emcee: The individual is tasked with announcing each routine and leading our awards ceremony. The preferred candidate should exude positivity, possess an energetic and articulate speaking voice, demonstrate exceptional customer service abilities, and exhibit a genuine passion for their role.

*All positions require weekend travel (Friday-Monday). Attendance at mandatory training is mandatory.
